Lis Cashin is a speaker, trainer and coach who works with inspirational women who know in their hearts that their potential is far greater than their current reality. She is the founder of the She Who Shines community, that hold women to their highest potential. Lis also works with organisations to develop mentally healthy cultures that are emotionally engaging. One day, after a life that was spiralling out of control, she had a personal awakening on a sales training course (of all places!) and began a journey of healing and personal transformation that has seen her completely change the way she views herself, life and everyone else around her.
Her book, This Is Me, takes the reader through the journey of Lis' life, and how she found her way back to happiness after, at thirteen years old, she was part of an accident that set her life on the wrong course for a long time. It shares the key insights and lessons she has learned along the path to happiness to empower people to discover that their potential is far greater than their current reality.
Lis says that she fell in love with That Guy's House as soon as she saw the website and equally, That Guy's House fell in love with her when they first met. It was important for her that her book had the right home and this match made in heaven will release this book This is Me on World Forgiveness Day, June 26th, 2019.
